Answers to frequently asked questions.

Our tutoring is ideal for students currently studying GCSE Computer Science — whether you’re aiming for a top grade, need help understanding tricky topics like algorithms or binary, or just want extra confidence before your exams. We tailor sessions to your level, pace, and exam board (AQA, OCR, Edexcel, etc.).

Once you book a session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom or Google Meet link. At your scheduled time, just click the link to join your 1-on-1 session with your tutor — no downloads or special software required. You can use a computer, tablet, or even a phone.

You don’t need any previous experience beyond what’s covered in the GCSE syllabus. Our tutors adapt to your level — whether you’re just starting or revising for final exams. All lessons are conducted in English, so a basic understanding of English is required.

Absolutely! You can book multiple sessions per week or even create a regular schedule (e.g., weekly lessons). Many students choose ongoing support throughout the term for the best results. We’ll work with your availability and goals.

If your payment fails or doesn’t go through, please try again with another payment method. If the issue persists, contact us  and we’ll help resolve it quickly. Your spot will be held temporarily while we sort it out.

Online tutoring is just like in-person lessons — but more flexible and convenient. You’ll meet your tutor live via video call for a 1-on-1 interactive session, where you can share screens, work through exam questions, and ask questions in real time. Sessions are tailored to your exam board and learning needs.
